Description
⦁ Monitoring compliance with work instructions and work processes. ⦁ Optimal deployment of people as well as supplies based on own knowledge and real-time work offer during the shift. ⦁ Signaling and reporting malfunctions to the Line Facilitator / Maintenance department. Discussing issues with the Supervisor in order to structurally solve malfunctions and other problems during the shift. ⦁ Based on the core metrics; continuous improvement of the workplace and -processes in consultation with the Supervisor. ⦁ Where appropriate, co-conducting PDC conversations in close coordination with Supervisor and providing him/her with input on employee performance. ⦁ Emergency response officer and Emergency response lead during the assigned shift. ⦁ During your traineeship start and finish at least an MBO 3 logistics study. ⦁ Experience gained in a warehouse/distribution center or other logistics work environments. ⦁ Good knowledge of and experience with SAP, Word, Excel and Power Point. ⦁ Being able to lead small improvement projects using the BSCI lean essential tools. ⦁ Expand your talents
Responsibilities
