Description

⦁ Monitoring compliance with work instructions and work processes. ⦁ Optimal deployment of people as well as supplies based on own knowledge and real-time work offer during the shift. ⦁ Signaling and reporting malfunctions to the Line Facilitator / Maintenance department. Discussing issues with the Supervisor in order to structurally solve malfunctions and other problems during the shift. ⦁ Based on the core metrics; continuous improvement of the workplace and -processes in consultation with the Supervisor. ⦁ Where appropriate, co-conducting PDC conversations in close coordination with Supervisor and providing him/her with input on employee performance. ⦁ Emergency response officer and Emergency response lead during the assigned shift. ⦁ During your traineeship start and finish at least an MBO 3 logistics study. ⦁ Experience gained in a warehouse/distribution center or other logistics work environments. ⦁ Good knowledge of and experience with SAP, Word, Excel and Power Point. ⦁ Being able to lead small improvement projects using the BSCI lean essential tools. ⦁ Expand your talents

Responsibilities

The Team Lead Outbound Operations is responsible for monitoring compliance with work instructions and optimizing the deployment of personnel and supplies. They will also address malfunctions and work on continuous improvement of workplace processes in collaboration with the Supervisor.
