Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Lead for partnerships to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our partnerships team to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue and expand our market presence. Our team operates in two distinct focus areas:
Tax Advisor Focus: This area is centered around the Vimcar logbook, catering primarily to tax advisors and individual users (B2C).
Fleet Focus: This area concentrates on fleet management solutions under the Shiftmove brand, encompassing both Vimcar and Avrios products to serve our business clients (B2B).
Our Partnerships Team may not be new, but until now, there hasn’t been a strong focus on the team or its strategic direction. As our new Team Lead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build everything from the ground up and shape its future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Mobility Industry and a proven track record in building and managing successful partnerships within fleet management, Taxation or related industries.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, telematics providers, Tax partners, Financial Authorities and other technology partners to enhance our product offering, fuel our revenue growth and widen our market reach.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and direct company decision making.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms that align with company goals and legal standards.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster relationships and secure new opportunities.
