Key Responsibilities Lead daily payment operations including reconciliation, settlement cycles, refund processing, and vendor payouts. Monitor transaction flows across banks, PSPs, and internal ledgers to ensure accuracy and SLA adherence. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, settlement delays, chargebacks or operational exceptions. Work closely with banking partners, PSPs, Product & Finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Drive SOP creation, process automation and continuous operational improvements. Key Requirements 4+ years of experience in payment operations within Fintech / Payments / Banking. Strong understanding of payment flows, gateway settlements, and reconciliations. Hands-on experience with dashboards / payment systems / spreadsheets. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Your Buddy Tazapay
