Graduate of any degree 3-5 years of experience in Customer Centric work environment (HR-BPO would be an advantage) Experience in managing a team is preferred Knowledge in HR practices and HRIS is an advantage (preferably Oracle) Language skills: English and German (C1 level) Ability to easily adapt to the organization's work rules and processes Ability to prioritize and finish workload in a fast-paced work environment Confident in dealing and communication with employees at all job grades, from Entry level to Executives. Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills: Microsoft applications, HRIS, and Dashboards Soft Skills Strong Management skills and able to develop professional relationships with peers and direct reports. Willing to help and develop staff through guidance, coaching and effective feedback Collaborative and ability to teach and empower others Actively employ, share and contribute to the company's knowledge base Fluency speaking English and a minimum of 1 additional European language and demonstrates effective communication skills both verbally and written Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make decisions on behalf of the team.
Responsibilities
