The successful post holder will be expected to work as part of an integrated therapy team, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants in order to provide excellent therapy care to patients and their families. As a Team Lead Physiotherapist you will ensure that you provide timely assessments and interventions to a variety of patients including falls, neurological and respiratory conditions. You will be supported team members wherever necessary. You will also be expected to delegate appropriate tasks to less experienced physiotherapists and therapy assistants, provide support to the rest of the team where necessary and assist the development of the service.
