Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family. DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Team Lead, Pricing in Brisbane. The position is responsible for supporting our customers and projects stakeholders with pricing request. The position is responsible for competitive pricing and maintaining Oceania’s company tariffs on SharePoint and CargoWise. Support the growth strategy of the Project team with competitive pricing Internal and external. The role plays a key part in achieving monthly and annual targets, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Your typical day at DSV: Lead and manage the pricing team across Brisbane and Perth, ensuring timely and accurate quote submissions. Handle internal and external pricing requests, maintaining up-to-date records in SharePoint and CargoWise. Review and report on quote success rates, implementing improvements to meet KPIs and growth targets. Collaborate with BDMs, Project Managers, and procurement teams to deliver competitive pricing strategies. Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements and support DSV’s growth strategy. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards. About you: 5–7 years’ experience in international freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of project logistics pricing for air and ocean. Expertise in intermodal logistics and experience with charters, heavy haulage, and OOG quotes (OT, FR, RORO, BBK). Proven ability to lead teams and manage KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CargoWise One and CRM systems (preferred), plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
