As a Team Lead Product Development & Technical Support in our organization, you will not only lead the development team and shape our technology landscape but also influence the strategic direction of our technology initiatives. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between complex technical challenges and business solutions, ensuring that our projects are both innovative and commercially viable.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Product Development & Technical Support team, ensuring efficiency and growth.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee development and support tasks in coordination with project management.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions (e.g., C++) for Linux and Windows environments.
  • Ensure software quality through testing and performance monitoring.
  • Engage with customers to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
  • Support internal IT infrastructure, including networks, virtualization, and Office 365.
  • Continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the team.

Are you the one?

  • Background in software development, either through education, training, or hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in C++, JavaScript, and Python, along with experience in build environments.
  • Experience with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Linux and working in agile software development environments.
  • Strong leadership mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and team-oriented approach.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
