    We’re currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Team Lead Product (m/f/d) to join our team in the Commerce Business Unit . In this role, you’ll work on exciting projects, including scaling our cloud-based infrastructure to support our growing online shop customer base.
    As a Team Lead Product – Commerce DevOp s, you’ll be part of a key team that helps our development teams manage their infrastructure efficiently. You’ll lead the implementation of new services, prioritize upcoming requests and manage the Commerce DevOps team.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests while balancing long-term planning and short-term execution.
  • Drive an automation-first approach, standardizing processes and optimizing workflows across teams.
  • Manage cost optimization, track cost changes, and ensure the efficient use of infrastructure tools such as AWS etc.
  • Drive agile workflows, including stand-ups and sprint planning, to keep teams aligned and progress on track.
  • Organize and refine the project backlog, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of key tasks.
  • Leverage a technical understanding of systems and tools (e.g., AWS, SQL) to support decision-making and monitoring.
  • Create an engaging work atmosphere that motivates teams and drives continuous improvement.
