Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a hands-on production leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments? We’re looking for a Team Lead – Production to drive results, develop talent, and keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the floor, ensure smooth day-to-day production, and empower your team to exceed safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team—from day-to-day guidance to coaching, performance reviews, and career development conversations
  • Own the production schedule, resource planning, and shift coordination to maximize output without sacrificing quality
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and collaborating across teams
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, audits (5S), and training requirements
  • Monitor KPIs like productivity, scrap rate, absenteeism, and safety metrics, and take action when they’re off track
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain) to hit production goals
  • Participate in CAPEX planning, onboarding of new employees, and support site-wide improvement projects
