YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5+ years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate Operations, or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of residential property management principles, tenancy laws, and regulatory compliance in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Proven experience managing property portfolios, lease negotiations, and financial budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with landlords, tenants, and vendors.
• A data-driven mindset, using KPIs and analytics to improve operations.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and English—essential for effective communication with stakeholders across regions.
• Proficiency in property management software, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel locally within Berlin and across DACH cities for site visits, property inspections, and meetings with landlords and stakeholders.
