Responsibilities

In the role of Team Lead, you’ll manage and mentor the team, ensuring robust staffing levels and seamless office operations. You’ll oversee training, support goal-setting, and collaborate with the Service Manager to meet team targets and address feedback. Your strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will drive our success in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is a plus, but your leadership and customer service excellence are what truly matter.

Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Working within and supporting designated teams to maintain KPIs in line with contract requirements.
  • Assisting administrators within teams with daily/ weekly monitoring of data and completion of tasks.
  • Compiling activity and quality reports for discussion with peers and Service Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Monitoring care pathways, liaising with Service Manager on day-to-day operational matters.
  • Participation in the design and review of standard operating procedures alongside Service Manager and the team.
  • Coordinating clinicians in relation to clinic dates in collaboration with clinic coordinator. Ensuring adequate clinics are available to maintain waiting lists.
  • Having regular HR monthly 121 meetings with team members. Documenting discussions and escalating any issues or concerns to the Service manager.
