Looking for an exciting challenge? As Team Lead – Publisher Account Management (f/m/d), you will lead a team responsible for driving publisher satisfaction, performance, and long-term growth across mrge’s global supply partners. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on lead, ensuring that publishers are onboarded efficiently, supported proactively, and developed into key partners. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring publishers benefit from our combined platform capabilities, collaborating across tech, data, and advertiser teams to maximize results. Your Tasks: Lead and develop a team of Publisher Account Managers, ensuring strong coverage, coaching, and continuous improvement. Define and execute publisher success strategies, including onboarding, activation, optimization, and long-term growth. Manage and grow relationships with key publishers and media partners. Oversee publisher performance monitoring and proactively identify upsell or expansion opportunities. Drive adoption of mrge platform features and data tools to improve publisher outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Advertiser Management, Tech, Data, Finance) to resolve issues and align on goals. Own internal reporting on publisher performance, health, and growth KPIs. Support incentive modeling, account tiering, and segmentation frameworks. Contribute to cross-sell strategies and strategic matching between publisher supply and advertiser demand. Act as an escalation point for high-priority partner needs or troubleshooting. Empower and Nurture Your Team: You'll guide and inspire each team member, providing mentorship and thoughtful performance insights. Advocate for Your Team's Flourishing: Be the heart of your team, offering support and a safe space for open communication, navigating challenges, and ensuring strong, clear connections between your team and leadership. Your Profile: 5+ years of experience in Publisher Management, Client Success, or Digital Partnerships, ideally in affiliate marketing, commerce media, or performance advertising. 2+ years of experience in a team lead or people management role. Strong understanding of publisher needs, traffic monetization, and platform usage. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and finance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with multiple stakeholders. Skilled in relationship management, strategic thinking, and structured execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bonus: familiarity with SSPs, affiliate networks, or analytics platforms.
