Job Description MGID is a fast-growing player in digital advertising, delivering high-performance native, display, and video ads powered by AI-driven technology. We help publishers monetize their audiences and brands maximize performance—while ensuring a seamless, brand-safe user experience. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Team Lead to oversee client relationships and drive business growth in the digital media across the USA. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing high-value partnerships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading teams toward achieving performance excellence. What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and support Success Managers across the US & LATAM regions Oversee onboarding, optimization, retention, and growth of strategic publishers Develop and implement regional success strategies aligned with global goals Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance, including revenue, margin, and churn Drive upsell opportunities and adoption of new formats and features Coordinate with Product, Yield, Support, Acquisition, BI, Creative & Compliance Troubleshot complex technical issues escalated from regional teams Lead reporting, analysis, and preparation of strategic recommendations Review regional retention schemes and propose improvements Contribute to regional budgeting and forecasting Maintain high operational standards, ensuring consistency across markets Requirements Who you are: Minimum 3 years of experience in AdTech/MarTech or digital advertising Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team (preferably 3-5 people) Strong understanding of global digital advertising market trends and publisher monetization models Experience working with large publishers in the US and/or LATAM Proven ability to analyze performance, identify trends, and build actionable strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complex operational workflows and troubleshoot technical issues Strong analytical mindset with experience in cross-functional collaboration Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments Will be a plus: Experience managing Success or Account Management teams in the US or LATAM Existing network or warm contacts within regional media groups Understanding of product development and feature evaluation Language proficiency: Fluent English Fluent Spanish
