Flora Food Group is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Purchase to Pay Team Lead to join our high-performing Finance Shared Services team. You’ll work closely with market, regional, and global leadership to deliver on-time, high-quality services while ensuring control, compliance, and cost efficiency. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team driving process excellence and transformation across 35+ professionals and global BPO partners. What you will be doing to be successful in this role! Managing end-to-end Purchase to Pay operations – Oversee invoice processing, payments, vendor master data, travel & expense, corporate cards, helpdesk, and compliance with policies and controls. Driving governance and stakeholder collaboration – Partner with global process owners, procurement teams, finance controllers, and BPO partners to improve KPIs and service delivery. Leading process improvements and standardization – Assess change requests, update process documentation, and implement initiatives to simplify and optimize P2P processes across markets. Managing BPO performance and operational excellence – Monitor service delivery, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with BPO partners to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Supporting technology and transformation projects – Leverage tools like SAP S4 HANA, Ariba, VIM, Power BI, and contribute to automation and emerging technology initiatives for P2P optimization.
