We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to lead and inspire a team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales performance. This role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.

SKILLS

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in retail sales strategies with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in inventory control and stock management practices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred but not required.
