The Bruker Nano Analytics (BNA) Division, headquartered at Bruker Nano GmbH in Berlin, Germany, develops, manufactures, and markets analytical instruments for electron microscopes, X-ray systems and components, allowing materials characterization down to the nanoscale.
We are looking for an Team Lead Quality Assurance (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
As Team Leader Quality Assurance (m/f/d) you will play a central role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our products and processes. Your responsibility will be to ensure quality assurance in Manufacturing that production meets deadlines and quality standards, taking into account internal and external and external production and quality standards.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Leading and developing a team: managing an interdisciplinary team of quality engineers and specialists.
  • Process optimization: Identification of optimization potential in operational and production processes with regard to quality assurance and initiation of appropriate measures based on root cause analyses from customer complaints and problems in the product development process.
  • Inspection planning: Development and monitoring of quality control processes, including the creation of inspection plans and protocols.
  • Audits: Planning and conducting internal and external audits as well as accompanying customer audits.
  • Reporting: Preparation of quality reports and statistics for management.
  • Communication: Close cooperation with the development, production, purchasing and customer service departments to ensure quality targets are met.

Qualifikationen:

  • Education: Degree in engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field of study.
  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the high-tech or manufacturing industry.
  • Leadership experience: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Specialist knowledge:
  • Experience with quality assurance methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D reports, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
  • Languages: Very good written and spoken German and English.
  • Personality: High degree of initiative, assertiveness and strong communication skills
