Bill Gosling India Private LimitedThe Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the End-to-end recruitment activity. This will include the ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity and work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst contributing to the resourcing needs and long term goals of the organization. What You'll Do: Deal with clients in a professional and appropriate manner in accordance of the Company’s Mission Statement, Promise of Performance and Company policy Develop strategies to enhance productivity or improve processes and procedures so that performance goals are met or exceeded Responsible for leveraging operational data and metrics to monitor team effectiveness Manage end to end Recruitment processes and maximize the use of our systems and technologies, ensuring effective processes Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews, final selection process and pre-hire checks Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfilment of all open requisitions with quality talent Proactively lead updates on all open positions to the business and cultivate strong consultative relationships with hiring managers Establish and monitor performance against metrics. Coach, manage and develop the Recruitment team in a way that optimizes performance, including training and guidance to the team on strategies and best practice – Lead by example Prepare and deliver highlevel reporting for senior business stakeholders, noting market feedback challenges and trends Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and other internal benchmarks as appropriate. Ensure all processes are followed to ensure integrity of hire including background and reference checks Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet profiles and build talent pools Work in partnership with internal client base to forecast job requisitions and hiring needs plans Work with Senior Management to develop talent acquisition strategies. Ensure compliance to our company pre-hire requirements (references) and legislative requirements Champion company core values and other company programs to engage and motivate our employees Other duties as assigned Education High School Diploma or Equivalent College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field, would be an asset Experience Minimum 1-year’s Bill Gosling Outsourcing experience in a recruitment position or equivalent work experience.
