POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead to manage and grow our recruitment team. This role involves direct client engagement, team leadership, and operational oversight. QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
✔ At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems
✔ Knowledge of Canadian employment standards is an asset

Responsibilities

✅ Lead & Develop the Team

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate recruitment consultants.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

✅ Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency.

✅ Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure process efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
