With the expansion of our operations in Poland, we are now looking for a Fleet Specialist Team Lead who will be responsible for leading our team in Poznan. YOUR MISSION AT VOI Provide well-organised shift planning and proactively manage team performance, taking appropriate action when expectations are not met. Oversee the diagnostic and repair processes for bicycles and electric scooters, ensuring quality standards are met. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for repair and refurbishment workflows. Assist in receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles arriving at the warehouse or spare parts needing to be sent to another location Interview, train and engage required Fleet Specialists to keep the business running all year around, delivering on agreed-upon targets Work together with your manager and other Team Leads in your city to schedule and plan the work most effectively, including shift planning Oversee the work being done by your team, either in the warehouse or in the field to ensure tasks are completed in the most efficient and safe manner. Coordinate with other departments for parts sourcing and repair logistics. Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on repair techniques and safety practices. Be the guardian of our physical assets - vehicles, facilities and operational vehicles alike to extend their lifetime and be as effective as possible Foster a collaborative, safe and friendly working environment, while driving best-in-class performance Ensure the team adheres to the defined Health & Safety procedures set out by Voi in all the tasks performed as part of their work Any additional duties as assigned WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team player who can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently, and work as part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals. In addition to being fluent in English and Polish, the right person needs: 2+ years of previous work experience in a technical repair role. Previous experience specifically with bicycles or electric scooters would be a big bonus! Experience leading or managing a team of people General understanding of digital work tools (MS Office, G-Suite) You speak Polish and English fluently A valid driver's license Preferred qualifications: Past experience in repairing any sort of vehicle. Bonus points for scooters or bikes.
