The Lifemark RTW program provides interdisciplinary care for injured workers, in preparation for return to work. The Return to Work program at Lifemark Sunpark is looking for a Team Lead to join our team!  The team lead role oversees the daily operations and staff coordination of our rehabilitation programs. This leadership role is partial clinical (40%), and partial leadership (60%). The leadership portion focuses on team management, program development, compliance, and operational excellence. Location: Lifemark Sunpark Plaza (213 – 40 Sunpark Plaza SE, T2X3X7, Calgary AB) Schedule: Monday to Friday Status: Permanent Full-Time Your day-to-day in the role:   1. Team leadership & supervision: * Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to clinical staff * Facilitate regular team meetings * Facilitate 1:1 meetings with staff for performance and professional development * Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture 2. Program Operations: * Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation * Evaluate program success including client and funder satisfaction & RTW outcomes * Create and implement action plans to support improvements in program metrics and quality of care 3. Compliance & Documentation: * Ensure accurate and timely documentation by staff to meet funder and regulatory standards * Complete audits and quality assurance reviews 4.
