DeLeers Construction is expanding our Eagle River, WI team! We currently have an opening for an Renovations Team Lead. The Renovations Team Lead will be hands on and will be responsible to act as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor for the entire renovations & maintenance team. Working as a Team Leader involves organization, delegation, management, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day operations of their team, making sure everyone is accomplishing their duties, distributing the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained. The Team Lead will also be generating new sales and expanding existing customer base. This includes some prospecting, scheduling client meetings, building project estimates, requesting pricing from subcontractors/suppliers, selecting products/methods for projects, closing deals, negotiating contracts, building, and maintaining long-term client and employee relationships. The Renovations Team Lead will also receive a company truck and must have a valid drivers license and meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards. Successful candidates must have superior problem solving and organizational skills and be computer literate. Professional communication skills to talk with field associates, trade partners, and owners is required. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience in the construction industry. Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and exterior building concepts is required. Ideal candidates will also have effective sales skills with the ability to educate clients and close the sale. Responsibilities

The Renovations Team Lead supervises day-to-day operations, motivates the maintenance team, and manages workload distribution. Additionally, they are responsible for generating new sales, building project estimates, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
