Job Description This role involves assisting new 3PLs onboard and guiding them in processing their documents to compliance and legal departments for approvals, as well as guiding them in the process of onboarding their riders. You should have experience with handling classified documents. Responsibilities: Classified documents verification Create Compliance and Legal tickets using company system (MSD) Daily monitoring of application and follow up with 3PL’s Owners regarding their documents required by compliance and legal Follow-ups on 3pls applications with Legal and Compliance and ensure 3pls are onboarded with service level agreement Update database and create reports for management Manage contracts data and liaise with management and liaise with finance Guide and communicate 3PL’s owners regarding onboarding process for riders after signing the contract Monitor 3pls contract expiration and communicate with 3pls and legal to renew their contracts Monitor active/inactive contracts and riders count for each contract and report to management Provide support to line manager to develop standard operating procedures as required Any additional tasks as requested by the department manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and GRD function Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams. Able to handle irate individuals in a calm and professional manner. People management skills Advance MS office, google doc’s, sheets Ability to work under pressure and handle stress. Strong communication and written skills in both English and Arabic is mandatory (please only apply if you are fluent in both)
