As our Team Lead Sales (In Office), you’ll take full ownership of one of our most pivotal sales teams: 15–20 driven Account Managers based at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll lead with clarity, develop people with intention, and help shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing scale-up.
This is not just a coaching role, it’s a strategic leadership position with real influence.
You’ll oversee and develop an ambitious, in-office direct sales team that advises customers daily via inbound leads. Your focus: performance, structure, and sustainable growth — both for your team and for Quatt.
