As our Team Lead Sales (In Office), you’ll take full ownership of one of our most pivotal sales teams: 15–20 driven Account Managers based at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll lead with clarity, develop people with intention, and help shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing scale-up.
This is not just a coaching role, it’s a strategic leadership position with real influence.

Responsibilities

You’ll oversee and develop an ambitious, in-office direct sales team that advises customers daily via inbound leads. Your focus: performance, structure, and sustainable growth — both for your team and for Quatt.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to 15–20 Account Managers, ensuring focus, energy, and delivery.
  • Coach and develop individual team members, with an eye on long-term growth and consistency.
  • Own the sales funnel from lead to close: identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and monitor results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other team leads to align on strategy, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Bring structure and maturity to a fast-moving environment, helping us scale the right way.
  • Lead with insight and integrity, using data and empathy in equal measure.
