YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT

As a Sales Team Lead at plancraft, you will lead and develop your group of Sales Managers – owning the unit’s performance, driving revenue growth, and continuously sparring with other Sales Team Leads and the Head of Sales to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets. Drive your unit’s MRR/ARR and ensure consistent progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
  • Leadership & People Management. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure a healthy pipeline within your unit.
  • Hiring & Onboarding. Participate in selecting new Sales Managers; set them up for success through structured onboarding.
  • Optimize Processes. Work with RevOps, Marketing, and the Head of Sales to refine pipelines, accelerate deal flow, and remove obstacles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making. Collaborate with RevOps to harness CRM insights (HubSpot, etc.), spot trends, and optimize performance.
    Salary: The salary for this position ranges between €70,000 and €85,000 per year, depending on your experience (regarding base salary) and your performance (regarding OTE).
