Leadership & Management

Professional and disciplinary management of a team of 4 SAP specialists
Prioritization and management of tasks within the team (projects, changes, support)
Building and developing skills within the team , especially regarding S/4HANA, Fiori and AI/Analytics
Establishing clear standards, methods and best practices in the FI/CO environment
Regular coordination with the Finance & Controlling departments and with the IT management

Responsibility for S/4HANA FI/CO

Overall responsibility for the support and further development of the SAP S/4HANA modules FI and CO
Leading the analysis, conception and implementation of technical requirements for the finance and controlling departments.
Ensuring quality-assured customization in FI and CO as well as a stable system landscape
Managing the introduction of new business processes and system functions within the framework of the S/4HANA transformation
Responsibility for smooth operational processes , including 2nd and 3rd level support.
