Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Team Lead to guide our compliance research specialists to new heights of accuracy, efficiency, and innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing compliance SDR research team.
  • Provide daily guidance, clear priorities, and constructive feedback to ensure consistent excellence.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to maintain alignment and engagement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Assign research projects strategically, matching tasks to team members’ strengths, development goals, languages, and regional expertise.
  • Monitor productivity and quality metrics, implementing process improvements where needed.
  • Partner with Quality Control to maintain high data accuracy and streamline lead verification.
  • Process Innovation & Collaboration
  • Identify new lead-sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to refine search tools and enhance methodologies.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve systems, workflows, and search results.
  • Continuously optimize research processes for scalability and speed.
