What you bring to the table as Team Lead & Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Salesforce

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, (business) informatics, (business) engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least three years of experience in Salesforce consulting, ideally with a focus on Service Cloud or Field Service.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow or similar customer service tools is an advantage.
• You communicate clearly, work independently, and lead a team responsibly and with trust.
• You are dedicated, think analytically, have a confident demeanor and deliver convincing presentations.
• You are results-oriented and place great value on the high-quality implementation of service solutions for our customers.
• You have excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
• You are ready to travel on business.
