Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and oversee operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong team management skills, and a willingness to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team deployed across various locations in Kerala • Ensure effective coordination, performance tracking, and team productivity • Travel across the state (minimum 2 days per week) to monitor operations and support field teams • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management review Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5–9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry • Proven experience in team handling and field operations • Willingness to travel frequently within Kerala • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Email communication) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in local language (Malayalam) and English
