QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role.
• Natural leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing a team.
• Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Lead and motivate the crew during your shift, ensuring high energy and top-tier customer service.
• Oversee station operations from the grill to the register, maintaining Five Guys’ quality standards.
• Manage shift flow, assist with team training, and uphold a clean and safe restaurant environment.
