Description:
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY
As Team Lead Site Management (m/f/d) you are responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief Technical Field Advisors within the Site Management function of Erection and Commissioning department.
You are coordinating staff assignments, identifying resource needs, and ensuring resources are used efficiently to support our project construction sites globally.
Additionally, you are involved in strategic planning and decision-making related to resource allocation. Interacting with project management, HUB managers and other functions you will coordinate and ensure the required staffing.
Working at the Siemens Energy office location will help you to interact with the Erection and Commissioning team. Woking in home office is partly possible. You are available for international business trips.
