1. Support information on investment products, insurance products, investment advice and investment allocation as recommended by Wealth Research & Advisory for customers through LINE Official Account CIMB Thai Wealth & Preferred and telephone channels (inbound and outbound). 2. Operate information management in the system as an Admin for LINE Official Account CIMB Thai Wealth & Preferred and telephone channels. 3. Provide professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by facilitating investment transaction to clients via CIMBT digital and telephone channels to ensure smooth and accuracy process are maintained, as well as coordinate with related parties to ensure excellent services is always brought to clients. 4. Develop skills and competencies on product knowledge and servie excellence to ensure  5. Developing knowledge and skillset to create clear and consistent CIMBT branding, particularly in terms of product knowledge, and exemplary customer service. It is also important to maintain an appropriate image through various forms of media.
