We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead to build and guide our new Recommendations team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers focused on implementing recommendation algorithms, developing APIs, and integrating systems into our products. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with a background in software development, a deep understanding of building scalable systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized experiences.
As a team lead, you’ll be working closely together with our Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and other developers in order to provide tailored and innovative solutions for the market. You’ll be responsible for hiring and managing a new team of talented engineers and to build a best-in-class recommendation engine that drives customer engagement and business growth.
