Responsibilities
  • You will step into a senior individual contributor role where you blend deep technical expertise with team leadership to drive the successful delivery of product features in an Agile environment.
  • You will provide architectural guidance, define coding standards, and champion best practices for scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems.
  • You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - keeping the team focused and aligned.
  • You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Design, Architecture, DevOps, AI, and QA to align priorities and trade-offs.
  • You will actively contribute to the codebase and take on complex engineering challenges - leading by example with clean, efficient, and testable code.
  • You will own and promote CI/CD pipelines, observability standards, and incident management for production readiness.
  • You will identify workflow inefficiencies and champion improvements to boost developer experience and team velocity.
  • You will promote a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement, serving as a team catalyst.
