Our busiest days are on the weekends, so weekend availability is a must.
The Team Lead position is a part-time entry level management position that’s responsible for the day to day running of shifts during park hours. The Team Lead will be responsible for opening and closing duties, making sure employees get scheduled breaks, handling customer escalations, and ensuring park standards are maintained. The Team Lead is a key holder position which means the ability to accurately count a nightly deposit is a must. A successful Team Lead is an expert in all aspects of the facility, someone who can work independently, and provides top tier customer service and employee relations.
