Gusto is growing our Revenue Business Systems team and looking for a dynamic, visionary business technology developer! You’ll design, build, and administer our Salesforce and automation platforms for our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating discussions to gather, define, and refine project requirements.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops to elicit detailed needs and propose viable, scalable solutions on the business system platforms.
