For the SCM, Logistics & Procurement department within Sartorius Xell GmbH, we are immediately seeking a full-time Team Lead Supply Chain (m/f/d) at our Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock location (Bielefeld), with the option to work remotely on certain days. In this role, you will ensure an efficient and transparent end-to-end supply chain – from raw material procurement through planning and logistics to the customer. As Team Lead Supply Chain (m/f/d), you will lead an interdisciplinary team and actively drive the digital development of our processes and systems, thereby shaping the future with us.

Grow with us – your tasks

• You will lead and develop a team in customer service, logistics, operational purchasing, and demand planning.
• You are responsible for the end-to-end management of the supply chain, from raw material procurement through planning and logistics to the customer.
• In this role, you will actively drive the digitalization and automation of processes and shape the further development of our SAP ERP landscape.
• They develop a holistic KPI framework for performance management and ensure transparent reporting, monitoring and forecasting.
• Close collaboration with sales, production, distribution and the global supply chain teams shapes your daily work and ensures efficient processes.
• They design process improvements along the entire material and information flow and implement them sustainably.
• Furthermore, you will participate in global projects and ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality and ISO standards.

What you bring with you

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a comparable field.
• You also bring relevant professional experience in various areas of the supply chain (such as operational purchasing, demand and production planning, logistics or warehousing) in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in leading employees is an advantage; your leadership skills are characterized by proactivity and commitment.
• You possess a strong understanding of digital and process development; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Furthermore, you proactively drive topics forward, identify challenges early on, and work in a solution-oriented manner with various stakeholders.
• You are characterized by an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of costs and processes.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
