• Team Leadership & Development:  You will lead our three-person recruiting team, consisting of a senior recruiter, a manager, and a student trainee. You will be responsible for the development and performance of your team members and will set clear goals together with them. 
• End-to-end recruiting & candidate experience:  You are responsible for filling your own positions, from needs analysis and advising the specialist departments to the hiring process. You ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Active Sourcing & Talent Pools:  You will develop a comprehensive active sourcing strategy, directly approach top talent, and build sustainable talent pipelines for future vacancies.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting:  You are the central contact person for hiring managers and departments, advising them throughout the entire recruiting process and creating transparency and trust through meaningful reports. 
• Employer Branding & Campaigns:  You are responsible for our employer branding budget and, together with the team, develop creative recruiting campaigns and events that make our employer brand visible and reach suitable talent.

Your profile

• Leadership experience:  You have at least 1 year of experience leading a recruiting team and understand how to individually support team members in their development and motivate them to achieve top performance.
• Hands-on mentality in recruiting:  You still enjoy operational recruiting and are keen to manage your own job openings. You bring several years of experience in filling non-technical positions as an in-house recruiter. 
• Recruiting Strategy & Active Sourcing:  You have sound expertise in active sourcing and have already developed and successfully implemented recruiting strategies. 
• Employer Branding:  You are fascinated by social media, modern recruiting trends, and the world of marketing. You enjoy working with your team to drive forward employer branding campaigns and events.
• Ownership & Resilience:  You enjoy taking responsibility, act proactively and in a solution-oriented manner. During intensive phases, such as hiring sprints, you maintain an overview and set clear priorities.
• Data & Tools:  You manage recruiting processes using data and can prepare relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) in meaningful reports. You are very familiar with the Google Office suite and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Personio is a plus.
• Communication:  You communicate confidently and convincingly in German and English.
