About the Role Mom365 is seeking a Technical Support, Equipment, and Warehouse Supervisor to lead our equipment and support operations team. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with leadership, overseeing the repair and maintenance of digital cameras, laptops, and printers while managing warehouse inventory, purchasing coordination, and shipment logistics to our hospital partners nationwide. You’ll play a key role in ensuring photographers and field staff have reliable, high-performing equipment — keeping our hospital photography operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Supervise and support the Equipment and Technical Support team. Repair, test, and refurbish digital cameras, laptops, and printers. Provide technical support for both in-office and remote employees. Manage warehouse organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. Coordinate with the Director of Operations on purchasing and vendor management. Track, pack, and time hospital inventory shipments. Sort, catalog, and prepare signed HIPAA forms for secure off-site storage. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation of all shipments and repairs. Assist with system updates, preventive maintenance, and cross-department collaboration. Provide coverage for weekend or holiday shifts as needed. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in IT or information systems preferred. 2+ years of experience in technical support, computer repair, or equipment management. Strong knowledge of Windows systems, printers, cameras, and software troubleshooting. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse operations, purchasing, or vendor coordination a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work Environment On-site in a climate-controlled workshop and warehouse environment. Combination of seated and mobile work.
