Responsibilities
  • Hire, mentor and coach a high-performing recruitment team
  • Own and grow a 360 desk in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services or Insurance)
  • Develop sales strategies for core accounts (BIG 5 Banks, Credit Unions, Fintech)
  • Design and implement desk-level KPI’s and sales planning
  • Foster and maintain client relationships both in person and via written communication
  • Support key client accounts and strategic hires
  • Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on tech-in-banking talent trends and industry updates
  • You will build out and lead a team of 8, drive divisional performance, and help shape the future of the business.

    Who You Are

  • 5+ years recruiting tech roles into financial services (PM, BA’s, DevOps, Security, etc.)

  • Significant experience in mentoring, coaching & training junior recruiters
  • Proven track record in process excellence, talent assessment & hiring, and meeting & exceeding outlined KPI’s & metrics on a consistent basis
  • Operationally strong, commercially sharp, and a true team and relationship builder
  • Strong commercial instincts and solid understanding of bank tech environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Possess a ‘builder mindset, thriving on creating and building something from the ground up
  • 360 desk experience at a Recruitment Agency is a must
