We are seeking a Team Lead for our Total for Windows client team. You will lead a 10-member agile team focused on maintaining and developing our front-end Windows platform client, while driving technical excellence and team growth.
This role combines agile team leadership with people management and stakeholder collaboration. We’re looking for an experienced leader with solid agile development expertise who can navigate different perspectives, find contextual solutions, and guide the team toward shared goals.

Our team is based in Helsinki and we work in a hybrid model: you can work from home most of the time, but we’d love to see you in the office now and then too (e.g. 1-2 days a week or bi-weekly). We just renovated our office spaces to make them work better for everyone. Our hiring process consists of 2-3 interview rounds. First, you’ll have an introduction interview with the hiring manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by a technical discussion with the team.

Lead team delivery by managing roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog while providing clear direction and external visibility
Coordinate work and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resource allocation
Proactively identify and address risks and problems to maintain project momentum
Drive continuous improvement in team performance, agile practices, and technical excellence
Promote individual and team growth through coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
Ensure that your team gets to work in an inclusive, collaborative environment where team wellbeing and diverse perspectives are valued
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in team leadership, people management, and agile software development
Strong understanding of software engineering principles with Windows development or QA experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English
A collaborative, curious approach to problem-solving
Any experience with cybersecurity and security software is seen as an advantage
