What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum.
• Previous experience in tutoring/teaching plus leadership or team management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in curriculum design or academic planning is an asset.

We’re looking for a motivated Student Success Team Lead to guide our growing team of tutors in Brampton. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee programs, support families, and ensure students receive the highest quality of personalized learning.
Position Overview
As the Student Success Team Lead, you will be at the centre of our tutoring programs – coordinating tutors, shaping learning plans, building relationships with families, and ensuring academic goals are met. This is a hands-on role blending program management, people leadership, and direct family communication.
