What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum.
  • Previous experience in tutoring/teaching plus leadership or team management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in curriculum design or academic planning is an asset.

Position Overview
As the Student Success Team Lead, you will be at the centre of our tutoring programs – coordinating tutors, shaping learning plans, building relationships with families, and ensuring academic goals are met.
