This role will have real-time access to U.S. team members and work on high-priority tasks related to Division Order and Land Administration processes. This role focuses on supporting post-close division order procedures by verifying division orders issued by oil and gas operators and ensuring accurate NRI calculations. Additionally, the analyst will assist with land administration processes by analyzing and managing ownership data, maintaining accurate asset records, and facilitating the ingestion of land and lease data sent by external sellers, which is a critical first step in the evaluation process. The role demands keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring alignment between different departments, particularly in tracking acquisitions, divestitures, and other key land transactions Responsibilities: Enter all internal and external submissions accurately into database. Monitor and record all acquisitions and divestitures for portfolio companies in the database, ensuring the pipeline reflects accurate data. Address and fulfill land requests for all portfolio companies and internal purchasers. Assist with the notification to operators, division order processing, and continuous revenue data monitoring. Stay updated with every communication across various platforms (email/Slack, etc.) and make necessary updates to deal flow based on the content. Extract tax roll data to provide estimations of ownership on a deal-by-deal basis. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Land Management, or related field. Advanced degree will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with and interpretating real property title documents, with an emphasis on oil & gas conveyances. Ideal Skill Set: Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills. Familiarity with modern communication tools, including e-mail, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively on a team in a fast-paced environment.
