Our team drives the localization strategy to enable rapid expansion into key European markets. We provide design and UX expertise for our online shops (11teamsports.com, kickz.com, top4running.com, weplayhandball.com, weplayvolleyball.com) and develop new features to create a best-in-class shopping experience in sports retail – with a special focus on intuitive customization and team sales processes. Additionally, we shape inspiring omnichannel experiences that seamlessly connect online and physical retail. In our UX team, you will lead five experienced specialists in the fields of internationalization, UX/design, search, and online engagement tools.

• Create a seamless user experience across web, mobile & stores – from Click & Collect to Mobile Checkout
• Optimize our checkout process and boost conversions with smart UX improvements
• Develop a scalable UX strategy for multiple countries, languages & currencies
• Work with data: Use heatmaps, A/B testing & analytics to continuously improve our shop
• Ensure top UX performance within SAP Commerce Cloud & Shopware
• Stay ahead of the game: Bring the latest UX trends & technologies into the team!
• Take ownership of budget and team management – lead, develop & inspire your UX team
