• Operational management of all warehouse processes in close coordination with functional management (goods receipt, storage, picking, shipping, inventory)
• Disciplinary management and development of the warehouse team
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with relevant regulations, including audit preparation
• Interface coordination with purchasing, production, transport, after-sales and project management
• Assistance with day-to-day business, especially in the event of bottlenecks or for quality assurance
• Individual support for employees and active commitment to an appreciative and trusting team spirit
• Support for employees in the merchandise management system
• Process design and documentation in CWA SmartProcess
