QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Office Management or a similar role in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly changing environment.
  • More than 3 years of work experience as a team leader with emphasis on leadership, communication and task completion
  • Experience in partnering with teams based in several countries simultaneously, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT DYNATRACE

As a Team Lead, Workplace Experience based in Singapore, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while supporting our hybrid team across the APAC region. You will work closely with the global Workplace Experience team to drive exceptional employee experience, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture that boosts productivity and employee retention. You will be the point of contact for Dynatracers and stakeholders we cooperate across APAC region’s serviced offices.
You will drive events and cultural initiatives, oversee the onboarding process, manage facility operations to ensure alignment with Dynatrace’s values, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving the work environment and employee satisfaction across the APAC region.
This role involves understanding employee needs to determine what keeps them engaged and productive. It also includes introducing programs that enhance workplace culture, such as wellness initiatives, professional development opportunities, and diversity efforts. Additionally, the liaison serves as a link between employees and management to ensure feedback is heard and addressed. Strategies are customized to fit the unique cultural and business environments of different offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively drive associate programs together with the team to reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide outstanding event experiences customized to the specific needs of each office location and its community, including remote locations in APAC region, working closely with the global Workplace Experience team
  • Make sure that office supplies and perks are ordered and in place and assist with purchase orders in close cooperation with our procurement team.
  • Make sure Workplace Experience Information Hub (SharePoint) and other information is relevant and updated
  • Create outstanding first-day experience for new team members in the respective offices, including local onboarding presentations and office tours.
  • Support visitor management, workshop preparation, and on-site facility services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support and participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team as well as the local office leadership.
