TEAM LEAD – JOIN OUR GROWING JAPANESE RESTAURANT (AYCE)

We are seeking an experienced and professional Team Lead to join our team at our vibrant Japanese restaurant. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent service and support our front-of-house operations with professionalism and energy.

Position: Team Lead

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a full-service or dine-in restaurant. (Experience in fast food or limited-service settings does not meet this requirement.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to manage the FOH team, coordinate with the BOH team, and relay updates to the management team.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring others in any field or industry.
• An open and proactive mindset toward learning new skills and improving processes.
• Basic computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Excel and Word (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (especially English and Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, or other commonly spoken languages in the area).
