Are you a positive and solution-focused leader ready to make a meaningful impact in neurodevelopmental care? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our specialist service, leading a team of medical assistants and contract coordinators to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of contracts, manage clinician rotas, and ensure service delivery runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be passionate about leadership, self-motivated, and committed to driving performance and continuous improvement.

• Experience managing and leading a team, ideally in healthcare or neurodevelopmental services
• Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing rotas and coordinating service delivery
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare or management (desirable)
• A compassionate, patient-centred approach and high ethical standards
