About this role | Mō tenei tūranga mahi    As a Team Leader within our Christchurch Client Administration hub, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering accurate and timely administrative support within ACC’s wider rehabilitation and recovery services. You’ll lead day to-day team performance, support capability development, and create an environment where people feel motivated, accountable, and supported to succeed. This role suits an experienced operational leader who enjoys leading in fast-paced environments, using data and insights to drive performance, and coaching individuals with a range of experience levels and learning styles. You’ll work closely with leaders locally and nationally to support service delivery, continuous improvement, and positive customer outcomes. Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake * Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational or administration environment. * Strong people leadership capability, including coaching, motivating, and developing team members to achieve performance outcomes. * Confidence managing team culture, performance conversations, and changing priorities. * Ability to use data, insights, and operational information to drive service delivery and continuous improvement. * Strong decision making skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and pragmatism. * A collaborative leadership style with a genuine commitment to supporting people and delivering quality customer outcomes. * Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to lead positively through change and ambiguity.
