• Scanning and validating incoming invoices
• Reviewing, processing and posting incoming invoices in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
• Preparing, reviewing and approving the weekly payment run
• Creating and posting debit notes to suppliers
• Reconciling and clarifying vendor accounts
• Maintaining vendor master data
• Supporting the year-end closing process through account reconciliation

Your qualifications

• Commercial education, e.g. qualification as an industrial management assistant
• Several years of professional experience in the specified field of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of IAS and VAT regulations
• Good knowledge in English (B1 level)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong affinity for numbers and a detail-oriented working style
