About the Role

As Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 AP professionals.
  • Oversee end to end AP: invoice coding, approval workflows, payment processing, reconciliations and month-end activities.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Champion best practices and drive automation and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policy and relevant financial standards.

You will report to the Financial Controller and collaborate closely with Operations, FP&A and Support teams, keeping our operations running smoothly.
About You

You bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts payable, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Solid ERP (e.g. NetSuite) and Intermediate Excel skills.
  • A proactive, process-improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Integrity, attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Experience in shared services or multi-site operations is an advantage.
